At Hush Gurl, your comfort, confidence, and safety mean everything to us. Because our products are intimate apparel designed for menstrual, leakproof, and incontinence protection, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.
For health and hygiene reasons, all sales are final.
Final Sale Policy
Due to the personal nature of our underwear, we cannot accept returned items, even if they are unworn, unopened, or unused. This policy helps us protect the health, safety, and peace of mind of every Hush Gurl customer.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including product style, size, color, quantity, and shipping information.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in preparing every order. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

- A photo of the packaging, if applicable
- A brief description of the issue
If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another resolution at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Because orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Sizing Responsibility
We want you to feel comfortable and confident in your Hush Gurl purchase. Please review the size guide and product details before ordering. Due to hygiene standards, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a replacement is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Hush Gurl will determine whether replacement shipping costs are covered.
