We offer 90 days to return any unopened items for a full refund, no questions asked.
Due to the personal nature of our underwear, we offer a store credit for any opened items. This allows all our customers to make sure they get the style, fit, and product they need, while protecting the health, safety, and peace of mind of every Hush Gurl customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in preparing every order. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right.
To help us review your request, please include:

- A photo of the item
- A photo of the packaging, if applicable
- A brief description of the issue
If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another resolution at our discretion.
